I have done stuff like this. I would use perl to check
the amount of the sale, divide it by 100 or something,
round that, use that to get the amount of free lobsters.
The you probably don't even have to add these free
lobsters to the cart, just display on the page that
they are going to get x free lobsters. Then the order
taker will see this as well.
