Does it change anything, if you write
...CONTENT="5; URL=http://www.christianbooks.com/cgi-bin/cb?%3B%3BCB2005">
escaping the special characters ;; ?
For decency, I use
perl -e 'use URI::Escape; print uri_escape(";;");'
but hacking a s/;/%3B/g is ok. ;-)
