Which SQL database are you using?  mysql is case-insensitive by default
mSQL is case-sensitive by default.  If you're using mSQL you may have
to hack Data.pm (I think) to use CLIKE instead of LIKE.

Pretty sure Oracle ignores case in LIKE's
