Perhaps I understood something wrong, but isn´t this the purpose of the
cancel-action.
The doc says (on the Form-Actions-page):
cancel
All user information (with the exception of the frames and secure
variable settings) is erased, and the shopping cart is emptied.
The user
is then mv_nextpage or mv_orderpage.
There is an example in the simple demo where you can stop shopping and
choose between deleting the basket-content and deleting all user
information.
So, you just have to place a button on the receipt-page (or on whatever
page you display after checkout). If the user clicks on this button all
his data is deleted.

Hm - this will not prevent the use of the back-button of the browser,
will it?
