Cyber Cash

I am currently attempting to get cyber cash up and running with my store
front. I've tested it with the simple demo and everything works fine.
However, when I try to implement it into my customized store front, minivend
does not communicate with cyber cash. Upon checkout, I automatically go to
the receipt page, it doesn't check for card validity, and the transaction
does not show up with minivend. As far as I can tell, all settings are the
same as in the simple demo.
