I reccommend Homesite 4.0
Handles PHP3, Perl, C, Cold Fusion, SQL, ASP, and ColdFusion tags.
Built in "projects" and links to source code control software make it an
excellent choice, although it's built-in FTP client is a bit, for lack of
a better word, quirky.
For the Windoze platform however, it can't be beat.
Otherwise, it's joe 2.8 for Unix. ;-)
