E-Mail Problem/config.cfg? using pgp50, Active perl, winNT40

Attached is my config.cfg file. Can anyone see why my I 
can't e-mail an order confermation to myself?

I use SLmail server but can't find sendmail?
Will someone send me a copy of thier working
config.cfg for me to use as a working sample.

Please help!!!
