MV312, Solaris, GDBM

Perl. 5.00503 , SOlaris 2.7, GDBM
I've installed gdbm and built Perl with STATIC GDBM but MV still doesn't
work. The error message is:
Runtime error: Could not tie to 'products': No such file or directory at /opt/mv312/mvend/lib/Vend/Table/GDBM.pm line 137.
Anyone else run into a similar problem?
