MINIVEND and Fleet or Key's commerce servers

We have run into this problem -- Both Fleet and Key Bank are offering
commerce server packages for merchants who want to take their goods online.
So... instead of being able to just pass the information directly to
Cybercash (which both Fleet and Key Bank use, I believe) the credit card
information gets passed through the banks' commerce servers and then on to
Cybercash.  Has anyone found a way to configure a catalog to pass through
bank commerce servers first?
