Are you using PGP or GPG you will get invalid credit card if the 
PHP/GPG fails to run properly.  I added to the configure a line to 
capture the errors from the PGP.  
2>/home/<yourhomedir>/output.txt (note you need the 2> ) no I 
already had a file that was set 666 for output.txt so that if your web 
browser runs as a differnt user you can still delete the file.
