I'm having a similar challenge from one of my canadian based clients. There they have two different taxes which, depending on location and good can be applied seperatly, together, or not at all. But I don't have a solution as of yet.
If anyone figures this one out, please keep me informed.

are there a way to get a right total of tax, if there are different tax
for different kind of items in the basket ?
I.e.
10 swordfish 10 x 100 $ = 1000 $ (7% tax incl = 70 $)
10 1GB-HD 10 x 100 $ = 1000 $ (16% tax incl = 160 $)

tax total = 230 $
total-cost = 2000 $
In german, the tax is 7%, if i sell food and book, all else has the 16%!

hat jemand unterschiedliche MWST im Warenkorb gehandhabt? Z.B.
1 Stück Schwertfisch für xyz DM zzgl. 7% MWST
1 1GB-HD für uvw DM zzgl. 16% MWST
Oder gibt es eine andere Möglichkeit, unterschiedliche MWST-Sätze in
einem Warenkorb sicher zu ermitteln und auszuweisen?
