Hello Lyn,

without testing, there are possible solution for you!

Take the checkstat.sh file and edit this. Rename "restart" to "start"!
If i remember right, the script ./start is not able to restart minivend,
if minivend is alive or activ. It can start minivend only, if you have
stop the minivend server.

Otherwise, get the original checkstat.sh file (without any changing) and
try out with which command you can delete the mv_failed file and replace
this line like

then
 rm -f $MVENDHOME/bin/mv_failed
else

with

then
-----your newest remove the mv_failed command -----
else

I hope, this give you a solution until you have try out the check file
problem!
