Don't know if it will work, but you could try again with the customer
session ID after deleting or moving your cookies file, so the browser
doesn't send your own cookie.
You'll need to quit out of your browser, rename your cookies file to
something else, and restart the browser. Netscape uses a file called
"cookies.txt" which is normally stored somewhere under "C:\Program
Files\Netscape\". Internet Explorer stores cookies in a folder typically
called "C:\Windows\Cookies".
