mv_order_page question
****** message to minivend-users from John Armstrong <siberian@siberian.org> ******
Hello all-
I'm trying to get minivend to use two different order
processes. What I mean by this is :
There is a single database with products. Each product has a field
that distinguishes it ( public/members ). The public products use a
different template for all operations that reflects the public
website. The members area uses a different set of pages.
This works great for the entire browing process but when it comes to
ordering I think I need someway to set the
mv_order_page/mv_checkout/mv_failpage in a one-click search style(
wherein one-click search variables have dual letter versions of the
variable that can be set in the link ).
Is there a dual letter code for these variables that can be used when
adding a product to the basket? Once I am in the proper basket.html
or whatnot I can set it properly but at the link level I am having
trouble dealing with this. I saw a few items in the archives
regarding doing this with some subroutines but is there an easier way
that I am missing? I imagine so!
Thanks
John-
