multiple databases

I tried everything... but just can't get it to work....
I am trying to use multiple product databases..

I included it in catalog.cfg

I listed it in ProductFiles

It finally got indexed....

Then in srchform.html I made it search for items in that specific file
(can I make it search all files???)

BUT... it doesn't display anything in results page... it just displays a
bunch of links to diff. search pages (like: found 3203 items, only 50
displayed)...
but nothing is actually displayed.. .

SO... i editted the results.html how it was described in docs:  replaced
[item-code] with [item-data xxxxx code] and [item-field title] with
[item-data xxxxx title] and did the same for all other fields... (where
xxxxx is my table... again... what do I do if I need this page to be
universal for any table??)

NOW... it doesn't even seem to recognize [item-data ... ] tags... it
just leaves them as it is... and displays them on the page without
change... my results page now looks like:

it doesn't seem to parse [item-data xxxx ... ] tags at all...

what I really need is to make minivend work with multiple product tables
without specifiying the table name at all... i.e. make it universal and
expandable.

Any help will be very appreciated,
