Looks like a bad set up (minivend.cfg) - your html pages should not be in
the cgi-bin.

This is an Apache message, it means that your server is configured to
display custom error pages and it is not finding it (would be
/errordocs/404.html for not found, etc...)

It seems to me that you need to enlist the services of someone
knowledgable in web server administration and the Unix environment.
