MV databases require a "code" or SFK field, which must be the first
field!
You may need to use e.g. your image data as code-field (I expect they
are unique) or use a numbering system as code. In the first case, the
code column contains your filename data (the filename column
disappears), in the latter you add a code column (before the filesize
column) with unique numbers.
