To get localized next/prev-Links you can easily use
[more-list 0 0 0]
[next-anchor]The text for the next-link[/next-anchor]
[prev-anchor]The text for the prev-link[/prev-anchor]
[page-anchor]$PAGE$[/page-anchor] [comment] the numbers [\comment]

PS: I am still looking for a way to change the frame to top before
displaying the receipt-page (but only if the order was successfull...)
