That's because you sound like you know what you're talking about! :) I'd
try a slightly more bewildered approach that encourages people to help out
because they feel they have a more experienced knowledge base and won't
look bad in their replies - giving them a bit of lee-way.
Anyway, I'm sure this is of no help to you at all, and my armchair
psychology probably wouldn't stand up to a mild breeze, but I didn't want
you to last another second without some sort of reply.
