changing order e-mail subject line

How do I change the subject line on the e-mail that is sent on order
completion?  I have changed it so that e-mails are sent to the customer
with the correct subject line, but anything sent to the ORDERS_TO value
has the old subject line.  I looked in the report page, and I don't see
anything there that sets the subject.  I looked in Order.pm and found a
lot of stuff that looked like it might be making that page automatically.

What would be ideal would be to suppress that e-mail completely.  The
problem for me is that I have a very different way of generating order
numbers (they appear as scrambled letters and numbers).  This works fine,
but the minivend user's mailbox is full of messages with subjects like
"ORDER 267" instead of "Order I3JPD9".  The test of the message has the
correct order number.

Currently, I have e-mail sent to the customer, shipping and the minivend
user.  The last one seems to be automatic and is the one with the wrong
subject line.  All the others work fine.  I would prefer to eliminate that
e-mail altogether.  If I could at least get the Subject: line correct, I
could use it instead of a seperate one to shipping.

I tried not setting ORDERS_TO and MV simply barfs when it gets to that
stage :-(
