RE: no checkbox as remove button

I think it sets the quantity based on how the checkbox is set (0 or
quantity). So you couldn't do it with in the form with a button. I think
you could maybe do it with using [page] or [area] and pass the quantity 0
in a form that way. Don't know if it will work though.
