cybercash and australia

hi all,
cybercash is not in australia, yet. however would it still work from
australia?
credit cards like visa and mastercard work around the world. 
would cybercash clearence through minivend in a virtual shop here in
australia work?
anyone using cybercash from a country that cybercash has no affiliation
with a local bank?
