Hi Marc,

if i understand you right, try this

1) you have a shop "simple" and it runs well, copy the file simple.cfg
to simple1.cfg
2) change all url and dir directive (simple to simple1)
3) go into the minivend directory and type "bin/makecat simple1". You
get a new shop "simple1" 
4) restart minivend and see

You can build 1 to n shops, if you have a simpleshop.cfg as a
standard/model and you can create more different simpleshop.cfg (i.e.
simple1.cfg without ssl, simple2.cfg with ssl, simple2.cfg with ssl and
Cyber-Cash, etc.).

Another way, you start bin/makecat and later you choose any
simple???.cfg files (see below).

#    flycat -- on-the-fly non-database catalog
#
# If you have defined your own custom template catalog,

DemoType? simple


You can install minivend one time and create one or more catalogs/shops.
