HOW TO: make Web interface for makecat

Thank you so much for your answer.  It does seem to be the file permission problem, so as you said I
need to play with that.

Yes, I am developing mv on a local server.  However, I am trying to create a web interface that can
let me create a minivend catalog (sort of making "makecat" available on the web...)  Any idea how to
do that?
