Try http://www.speednet.com.au - We have a client in Oz and use Speednet
for hosting there. I've heard they've just been bought over so that might
mean they are more responsive to customer requests (yeah.. right?)
I don't know if they do MiniVend now, but you could always persuade them.
You could also look at hosting solutions in LA, California - there is a
direct satellite link to Australia from there with some impressive
bandwidth - response times are good.
