Undefined Catelog

Any ideas as to what could possible call this error?  (got this from the 
server's root log file)

     Undefined catalog: /cgi/ftcat.cgi

Only happening on the secure server while trying perform a 
Checkout.  Everything else on the non-secure server side seems to function 
ok until it's time to Checkout.
