New Problem with the install

Greetings Everyone:

I just downloaded the newest release of Minivend and tried running the
install.  However, when I get down to building the "simple" catalog, my
Linux Redhat 6.0 machine locks up.  I recently installed this package on
another machine with the same version of Linux and it is working rather
nicely.  However, the current machine is not.  Other things I tried was
"Control-C" the install and keep going.  Any ideas why it would be haning
like this?
