I had a similar problem, you could try this.
<INPUT TYPE=submit NAME=mv_click VALUE="Buy Me">
also I don't know if its interchangable but you have mv-todo and not
mv_todo in your input line. I would have to go read up, but my
original has the mv_todo and not mv_click. My new page that I am
using uses the mv_click.
