Simple help needed

I was wondering if anybody could give me a hand.  My brother setup
minivend for me, and everything was working I believe before he left. 
Now he is unavailable and I have a problem with Minivend which I hope is
very simple.  I will be honest I know nothing about Minivend or even how
it is setup.  My problem is with the feedback and placing order.  The
user gets an error 500, while the minivend error log says

I believe it has to do with the sending the email of the order and or
the confirmation but I can not tell what it is.  My only guess is that
it has something to do with us moving minivend and the web server to a
new box, but I am pretty sure we tested minivend to make sure it was
working completely.
  
Luckly, I just found the dead.letter file and can get access to all of
the messages that did not make it to me, I would like to get it fixed as
soon as possible, which is what puts me in such a bind, my brother is
unavailable until about the 20'th of the month.
