Not in MiniVend 3 per se. You could write a usertag:

UserTag is-secure Routine <<EOR
sub {
	return $CGI::secure;
}
EOR

[if type=explicit compare="[is-secure]"]
This is HTTPS.
[else]
Not HTTPS.
[/else]
[/if]

In MiniVend 4, you will be able to get the status in $Session->{secure} or
[data session secure].
