Not only does Minivend do everything you listed and more, the "simple" demo
catalog, which you can build for your webstore when you install minivend,
contains an inplementation of 99% of what you listed (you have to do your
owm SSL setup and certificate). You can make a few minor changes, load
your products database and start doing business. From there the sky's the
limit if you are willing to invest the time in learning. You may also wish
to consider Minimate as a companion piece for online maintenance of you
store.
