Minivend Sites

Has anyone ever attempted to compile a complete list of sites powered 
by minivend?

I'd be interested in setting up one if anyone thinks it would be a good idea.

I was hoping to compile a list of sites with contact email addresses 
so that if a user had a question about how something is done, they 
could contact the person.. Also hoping for stats on the site or any 
other vital info like server config, isp used, items in the database 
and so on.

Sound good? Pros? Cons?
