Minimate Prob...directories not created?

Have got Minivend running ok on Apache BSD server
Am having difficulty with implementing minimate.

Minimate appears to have installed without error
and I have added the line
#include lib/MiniMate/minimate.cfg
to minivend.cfg

The documentation suggests that minimate can be accessed from
each catalog. If I try to access them through
http://www.domain.com/catalog/admin/menu.html 
no files are found.

I noticed that the Minimate html files are present within
the lib/Minimate/pages/admin

Should these have also been installed in the 
http://www.domain.com/store html directories or are they 
accessed through minivend and it is just a matter of setting
permissions?

I guess I need an example of what a URL to the minimate admin
pages would look like.

Be great if someone could clear this up for me as I have scoured
through the documents and maillist archives.
