First time installer.

I just installed Minivend on my Redhat Linux 6.0 system, running perl
version 5.005_03 on apache 1.3.6-7.  The problem I am running into is that
when run minivend I can access the simple site and order items and browse
around just fine.  But when I go to config the server using the admin
tools (minimate) at http://www.host.com:7786/simple/config/menu or even
going to http://www.host.com:7786/mv_admin I get an error that says The
documnent contained no data. and the error.log file comes up with this.

Does any one have any ideas on what I may be doing wrong?
