pricing for size instead of quantity

Hello all;

After reading several of the e-mails in the MV site I am still not able to
find the direction that I need.

The Problem:
I need MV to adjust of price of a few items not by the quantity but buy the
size.

My Current Configuration:

In my CATALOG.CFG I got

Can anybody tell met what am I doing wrong? I have gone over and over and Mv
still not doing this convertion.
