products.asc error

I just went through and put my customer's entire database into Excel.  I 
saved it as tab-delimited text and uploaded it to my server.  I went 
through and removed all the quotation marks, and all the ^M's at the end of 
each line.  But for some reason, when I replaced my old products.asc with 
this new one, minivend stopped working.  I then got Server 500 errors from 
Apache.  My error_log didn't have anything worthwhile in it:

[Thu Dec  9 22:24:10 1999] [error] [client 209.213.75.211] Premature end of 
script headers: /home/httpd/cgi-bin/simple

Can anyone point me in the right direction of a place to check?  I don't 
want to include my huge products.asc file here, because it's so big.  I'll 
include a few snip lines:
