Looking for examples, etc.

I've been having a bear of a time getting any minivend catalogs to work,
and my deadlines are approaching fast.  But as I mentioned in the online
feedback form, I have a much easier time writing sendmail rulesets than
working with minivend.  :)

That's not intended as a slam against minivend -- I just think differently
than it expects me to.

With that in mind, can anyone point me to:

   o a real-life example catalog configuration with SQL queries
   o a list of other online store software that can handle SQL queries

Failing these, I may just end up writing my own online store.  But whatever
I do, I'd better do it fast...
