[mv] Anyone listed at Cybergold?
****** message to minivend-users from "Rob Zimmerman" <rob@readysite.net> ******
Howdy all,
My bigest client has registered their site with http://www.cybergold.com
without being told what all is involved. Just sent them a check and signed
papers....amazing...but anyway he has just forwarded the requirements they
asked of him to me. They have some bigname stores registered with them
and that is what lured him in I suppose plus an x-relative there.
So now its in my lap. I have not set their store up to track outside visits (via
click throughs) and sales. This will now be part of my upgrade for 2000. I am
sure MV can handle what I need judging from the one-click discussion. My
question is, does anyone have any expierence with Cybergold good or bad?
Since I have to set this up. I am thinking of other ways to utilize this and
make a littles commission on the side ( is that conflict of interest?) Their
products are high-end 1000 peice puzzles. For example one title is "Light
Houses of America". So what I need to do is to provide lighthouse websites
this image and "code" that when clicked goes directly to the home store with
this product in their basket. When the sale takes place data is written to a
DB with the account info from the site it came from.
Rob
