[mv] MV4 problems

Hi list:
In MV4:
[selocale locale=en_US persist=1]
will report following message.
Runtime error: Can't use string ("1") as a HASH ref while
"strict refs" in use at /home/minivend4/lib/Vend/Util.pm line 286.
If remove persist=1, it will be ok. What's the problem?
