I have visit www.baby.israel.net/simple and it seems me, you have a
wrong webserver configurations. I am not able to see
www.baby.israel.net/simple/images/<anyfiles.gif>.
I am not able to call www.baby.israel.net/cgi-bin/

Did you start the minivend server?
Did you test your cgi-bin with another simple script?
