[mv] search problem in Turkish

Hello,

minivend cannot search in Turkish from MySQL. When "match substrings"
selected, searching is okey. If it is not selected, minvend gives "No Match
for ....."

Is this a konwn problem? I wonder if nonenglish users has the same problem.
