Hint: either add "md=1" to the search or include [decade-next][/decade-next]
in the more-list area.

Other notable things in the latest:

  -- postgres demo selectable from makecat, pgsql directory has the defs
  -- SQL fields can be added/deleted from MiniMate

Next version should be a beta one, but there are still a few things
to do with demo cleanup before that happens.
