[mv] Question about mv_credit_card_number

Hi,

I have been trying to force the entering of the credit card number each time
a user places an order.  In the demo catalog "simple", after the user enters
the credit card information, the next time they place an order, they don't
need to fill in anything in the mv_credit_card_number field and the credit
card information previously used is still there.  I was trying to make the
mv_credit_card_number field required, but for some reason, I get a credit
card validation error.  Apparently, when I use the
"mv_credit_card_number=required", no data is sent to the routine.  Does
anyone know how I can force the entering of the credit card number?  Thanks
