[mv] Is MV_PREV_PAGE deprecated in 3.14?

Is the variable MV_PREV_PAGE deprecated in 3.14?  I was trying to use it in my
client's site, but it doesn't seem to evaluate the previous page.  Is there
another variable that will do this?
