[mv] follow-up: Login Problem with IE 4.5 Mac

Problem solved.  On some of the login and new account forms in the simple
demo, the password field tag contains a Javascript call:
onChange="this.form.submit()".  IE 4.5x Mac gags on this and erases the
value of the field before submission, for whatever reason.  The
minivend.com forms that did not work in IE 4.5x Mac contain the same call
(I checked).  Removing the onChange attribute from the tag solves the
problem.  I hope this saves someone some aggravation.
