[mv] sort problem

******    message to minivend-users from "Marcus Weseloh" <marcus@connexions.co.uk>     ******

Hi,

I am trying to display and sort my whole products database with
this code:
-----
<TABLE>
[tag each products]
[sort products:0:]
    <TR>
        <TD>[loop-code]</TD>
        <TD>[loop-field category]</TD>
        <TD>[loop-description]</TD>
        <TD>[loop-price]</TD>
    <TR>
[/tag]
</TABLE>
-----

My test database contains 20 products with sku's 1 to 20 so I
expected the products to show in the proper order. The result I get
though is as following:
1, 10, 11 ... 19, 2, 20, 3, 4 ...9

I tried [sort products:0:n] and/or doing the whole thing with [page
scan ra=yes] and then sorting the [search-list], but that returned
the same list.
I looked through the archives but couldn't find anything useful. The
docs didn't help either, or I'm just blind. Can you help me out?
Where's my mistake?

For test purposes I'm running Minivend V3.14-4 on a WinNT4 SP4
machine. Later, the catalogue will be moved to a FreeBSD system.

Cheers,

	Marcus
