Brian -

You may want to spare yourself the effort.  You can get the order data into
the transactions.raw file with the [tag export][/tag] pair (on the receipt
or report page), but apparently there is a bug in minivend 3.1x which
causes a scrambled display of the orders on the check_orders page anyway.
The last word is that it will be fixed in Minivend 4.0.  Until then you may
just want to sit tight, unless you want to attempt your own
implementation...
