[mv] Installation Problems Solaris 2.7

Just installed MV-3.14-4 and created simple as part of the
"make install".

When I go to http://viking.mccc.edu:7786/mv_admin, it says
"The document contained no data".

And the links don't work on viking.mccc.edu/simple

What did I do wrong?

If I rm -rf mvend and catalogs, and the file from the cgi
directory and all the stuff in the htdocs root, will I have
"un-installed" minivend?
