After setting up and configuring a catalog, I downloaded a
new UPS zone file and shipping cost files.  Ever since then,
when restarting minivend I get the following error:
 
  Bad shipping file for zone 'u', lookup disabled.

I have not been able to figure out what the problem is.
There is not much documentation covering shipping and I did
not find any relevant information in the faq and mail-list
archives.  Whatever fix I have found, did not work on my
catalog.

I would very much appreciate any suggestions and pointers.
