This is probably a very stupid question:

When I start minivend with the restart command is shows that it starts in both UNIX and INET modes (which is what I want).  However, when I look at the error log it has the following error:

INET mode server failed to start on port 7786: bind: address already in use at /usr/local/minivend/lib/Vend/server.pm line 764.

What are the most likely causes of this?
